DMC acts as the Data Controller and determines, either alone or jointly with others, which Data is collected as well as the purposes and means of processing such Data. DMC engages one or more processors to process Data at the request of, or on behalf of, the Data Controller (hereinafter the "Processor(s)"), specifically for website hosting and payment processing purposes. The Processor is required to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the Data. The Processor always acts in accordance with the Data Controller's instructions.

The Data is processed exclusively for internal use. DMC commits not to sell any Data to third parties for purposes other than those described in this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise stated at the time the Data is collected.

THE DATA WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU

Personal Data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. DMC commits to processing only the Data that is relevant and necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

Payment information is processed by our service provider, Adyen. Regarding your payment card, we only have access to the last four digits of your card number.

We also collect, use, and share aggregated Data, such as statistical Data, for various purposes. Aggregated Data may be derived from your personal Data but is not considered personal Data in the legal sense, as it does not reveal your identity, either directly or indirectly. For example, we may aggregate your Usage Data to calculate the percentage of users who access a specific feature of the website.
