This colourful Tatreez Geometric Tile pattern is based on Tatreez designs, an ancient craft technique that is recognised on UNESCO’s Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
This colourful design uses 11 vibrant shades of size 8 DMC Perlé thread to create a square of geometric borders around a central motif. It would look fantastic stitched onto the back panel of a denim jacket.
This colourful geometric tile pattern is inspired by Tatreez designs shared by the Palestinian Cultural Centre.
