About
From handle to point the scissors measure 9cm and the blades are 2cm. Their sharp, straight and smooth blades enable you to cut away fabric sections precisely for cut work and you’ll also find it much easier to thread your needle with cleanly cut threads.
Hardanger is a Norwegian form of white work that is traditionally worked in white thread on white evenweave fabric. Geometric “Kloster Blocks” are used to create patterns and sections of the fabric are cut away. Sharp scissors with a fine point are essential for achieving a good finish in this technique.
