About this product
This Tatreez Geometric Borders pattern is based on Tatreez designs, an ancient craft technique that is recognised on UNESCO’s Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
These Tatreez border designs can be stitched individually to add interest to the edges of garments or cushions or arranged together to create a bold panel of colour and texture. Stitch them using 11 shades of size 8 DMC Perlé thread.
This geometric border pattern is inspired by Tatreez designs shared by the Palestinian Cultural Centre.
