About
Chenille needles are useful for thicker threads, fine yarns, and ribbons especially when you are stitching on smooth fabrics that need to be pierced. They are an excellent choice for ribbon embroidery because their sharp point makes a hole in the fabric that is large enough that the ribbon doesn’t get damaged or worn as it passes through the fabric.
DMC Chenille needles come in sizes 18-24, the smaller the number the larger the needle so a size 24 chenille needle is the finest we sell.
We have one pack of mixed needles:
Ref 1768/1 contains 6 chenille needles, two of each size 18, 20 and 22 (For use with DMC Soft Cotton and Coton Perlé Size 3 and 5)
We offer the most popular sizes of chenille needle in packs of 6:
Ref 1768/2 contains 6 x size 18 chenille needles (For use with DMC Soft Cotton and Coton Perlé Size 3 and 5)
Ref 1768/3 contains 6 x size 20 chenille needles (For use with DMC Soft Cotton and Coton Perlé Size 3 and 5)
Ref 1768/4 contains 6 x size 22 chenille needles (For use with DMC Soft Cotton and Coton Perlé Size 3 and 5)
